Rain Is Gone

The first painting to be finished in 2025! Kitchen scenes keep coming up, and I think of the kitchen as a lively, warm, and creative space. In the middle of winter, we tend to be cooped up inside, particularly in the kitchen. But, this painting is about the outside. One of the cooks is looking out the window, seeing the blue sky and realizing that the rain is gone.
